The Project Story

A New Look for a Dancing Waters Home

Tyler and Stephanie wanted to replace the fading exterior colors on their large two-story home. Top Tier Professional Painting helped them choose a coordinated palette through a free color consultation.

Kevin’s crew pressure washed the exterior, scraped loose paint, sanded, primed, and caulked where needed. They masked windows and fixtures and protected the landscaping and furniture.

A full coat of Loxon Conditioner helped seal the Hardie Board before the finish coats. The crew completed the project in four days.
